- Hotplate will automatically prompt customers to leave a review after they pickup their order
- Collect an overall rating, feedback, photos, and ratings of each item in their order
- You have full control over which reviews are publicly visible on your storefront
Start collecting reviews by going to your Customers page and clicking the "Reviews" tab.
