Feature Requests

Make users add a name when they register their phone number. I have a bunch of phone numbers subscribed but I dont know who they are, It would also help in terms of knowing how they found my business.

I have customers wanting to put in custom orders but have no Idea on how to communicate with me on hotplate. It would be helpful to have a contact me link on my storefront page.

It would be extremely helpful to be able to search for local hotplate chefs or shops. If someone can't remember the exact name there is no way to find us. It would also be great to be able to find others doing hot plate pop ups in our area to try out and recommend and help the whole thing grow as a commonly used tool. A searchable map, or just shop recommendations on a main page where you can search an area would be amazing.

I'd like to see how new customers heard about us; if it was from a pop-up, instagram, facebook, word of mouth, etc.

It would be really helpful to be able to go in and edit a customers order when they have made a mistake without refunding and starting over. Any suggestion? I just had a client message me corrections to her order and it is gong to change the total and the taxes....

I have so many customers that message me saying they forgot to order before the deadline and I have to manually input their orders. A text reminder could help eliminate this issue. Manually inputting the order manually means I also have to offer another payment method and keep up with who has paid.

It would be great to have an option to just input a total the customer owes for a farmers market instead of having to go through the whole menu to get a total to pay with a card. It would be a lot easier than having to get yet another third party app

I would like to be able to use a phone app for all things on Hotplate. It could have all the data for prep and planning (just like the website) and then a tab to see what the customers see on the site. It would eliminate my need to go back and forth between tabs in my internet browser.

Please allow us to choose the logo size and location. I have great eyesight and can't see my logo clearly. Blessings to you all.

It would be great to be able to have an option for folks who want to order weekly or bi-weekly. With some kind of subscription options, chefs would be able to offer bulk/subscription discounts if they wanted to.
