Feature requests

A button you can press that sends a message to your customer when they forget to pickup their order. This would be a generic text and/or the ability to customize what I’d like it to say. Ideally it would be on the packing page where after you complete the order you can go back into the ticket and click a button that says customer did not pick up send text now. This would save me from sending the same you forgot to pickup text each week.

It would be great to archive duplicate customer accounts (since we can’t delete them).

Thanks for updating Manual orders. Can you look at adding the cost to the items so we can give the client their total.

Please make it so the PRICE for items actually shows up in mannual orders for both us as the administrator and the customer. Also, make it so that when placing a manual order you can send them an invoice for the unpaid balance. Or at minimum be able to mark the order as paid or unpaid.

It would be great to be able to have an option for folks who want to order weekly or bi-weekly. With some kind of subscription options, chefs would be able to offer bulk/subscription discounts if they wanted to.

I’d love a way to let customers vote on which products they want featured each week or for upcoming weekly specials. It could be a simple poll tied to the menu or storefront so customers can help shape future drops. I think it would be a fun way to boost engagement and help sellers plan offerings around real customer interest.”

Currently to update inventory it takes at least 3 clicks per item. This is very time consuming when there are 10+ items. It would be nice to have a single location to update all inventory at once (like a spreadsheet or chart format). This way we would not have to click each individual item, change inventory on that item, click save, and start all over again on the next item. We could instead just update all items at once in a single location.

Love doing drops but also want to build my custom cake/cupcake biz and don't want to have to use a whole other system. Any way to incorporate custom orders?

Sometimes customers put in incorrect information (email or phone number), but I'm not able to edit it. Without the proper phone number, the customer won't get the important text reminders and would have to sign up again with the correct phone number creating duplicates in the customers list.

It would be nice to be able to manually add a pre order, and have the ability to send a text or a link to the customer for them to be able to pay for the items we’ve added for them. Currently to my knowledge, there is no option to charge them if they are a manual add.
