Create the identical experience of the Hotplate mobile app, but for Android devices!

Customers should be able to leave a review just by going to the storefront. Some miss the option since it's only sent to them once after they order, via text. I'd like to be able to send a message to my customers to request a review. Thanks!

I'd like to see how new customers heard about us; if it was from a pop-up, instagram, facebook, word of mouth, etc.

When a customer unsubscribes it would be awesome to know the reason WHY they unsubscribed.

I’d like the customer to get he “order is ready” text when I mark their order packed. Not when I mark it done. Marking it done is when they actually take the order with them.

Make users add a name when they register their phone number. I have a bunch of phone numbers subscribed but I dont know who they are, It would also help in terms of knowing how they found my business.

I would love it if I could have the option to post a notice to the storefront. I have many customers that aren't on social media and for times when I'm on vacation and/or my oven is down - it would be great to be able to post a notice to let customers know why my weekly menu isn't available. :)
