Make users add a name when they register their phone number. I have a bunch of phone numbers subscribed but I dont know who they are, It would also help in terms of knowing how they found my business.

Would love an option do duplicate a drop +2 weeks. I pretty consistently do every other week so this option would be amazing! Thank you.

I would love it if I could have the option to post a notice to the storefront. I have many customers that aren't on social media and for times when I'm on vacation and/or my oven is down - it would be great to be able to post a notice to let customers know why my weekly menu isn't available. :)

Makes your drops more engaging and increases conversion (pics = clicks). Helps customers remember what they ordered or want to order next. Encourages more feedback and replies, which boosts SMS deliverability. Also instead of hotplate messaging why can't we just respond back on the text message?

It would be great to be able to have an option for folks who want to order weekly or bi-weekly. With some kind of subscription options, chefs would be able to offer bulk/subscription discounts if they wanted to.

I would love to not have to add a drop-off pickup location as I would like to do menus for special events and include delivery as an option.

Customers should be able to leave a review just by going to the storefront. Some miss the option since it's only sent to them once after they order, via text. I'd like to be able to send a message to my customers to request a review. Thanks!

I would like to be able to add a prefix or suffix to the gift card code so I know who or what group certain codes go to. For example, I'm giving 20 people from a certain event a gift for one free loaf. I'd like to add -LKC to the end of the code.

Currently, in the Stats tab in each Drop, under the Revenue breakdown, we can views Sales, Tip, Tax, Discounts, Refunds, and Credit card fees. It would also be great to see the total Hotplate fees for each Drop.
