Would love a button on the dashboard that brings you to your storefront!

Hi! I like your new updates - but the one thing I don't like is losing the full-screen of working on a drop. It feels more like a pop-up add on now rather than a work flow. I also feel like I'm clicking out of it more accidentally because of this. It might work better for mobile, but for desktop it feels like it's a workaround for a page-load rather than a functionality improvement. But that's just me!

It makes duplicating a drop so much easier with the add a week option :)

I would love to see the option to disable loyalty points for specific drops. For example, I’m doing an Easter drop with carrot cakes, cupcakes, and some other specialty items that are very costly to make. I’ve had some customers use loyalty points and it’s severely eating into my profits. I’d like the option to limit how many points they can use at once and on what items/drops they can use them towards!

Recently I've been participating at markets/pop-ups and I like to let my customers that I'll be there. So I go to the text blasts and send one out to everyone. However, I can never say all I need to say because the character limit is so low :( Also, I would LOVE it if I could add the event flyer so people could see the date, time, and location easier without having to scan my text. Thanks for all you do!

the new portal still doesn't allow me to do a lot of things the old portal did. For example, i can't change the menu in the drop. I wanted to add a new flavor and I can't do that in the drop. I also can't see how many items are are sold on each day - i can see the total but not each day. Additionally, I don't look at the parent level, i need to know the child level. I need to see that i sold 650 bagels, not 30 6 packs, 4 12 packs, etc. so I can determine capacity (the old version did this.) I also need the option to turn off my pickup options mid-drop because Saturday tends to sells out quickly. how do i do that in the new portal?

When an order gets cancelled, we still charged.

Would it be possible to Duplicate +1 week a live event? Or Duplicate +(insert how many weeks) on an ended event?

I don't like how I can still see closed drops on the new portal as being on my website. I get confused at which drop I'm trying to find. I prefer how the old portal has a very clear distinction between "Live" drops, past drops, and drafts. Maybe there is a way to turn this feature off on the new portal, but I can't find it.
