I would love it if I could have the option to post a notice to the storefront. I have many customers that aren't on social media and for times when I'm on vacation and/or my oven is down - it would be great to be able to post a notice to let customers know why my weekly menu isn't available. :)

It'd be very helpful to know what's working to bring new customers in.. was it from a certain market or a referral from a friend?

Makes your drops more engaging and increases conversion (pics = clicks). Helps customers remember what they ordered or want to order next. Encourages more feedback and replies, which boosts SMS deliverability. Also instead of hotplate messaging why can't we just respond back on the text message?

Would love to offer customers points for leaving reviews! Or even just ___ points for the first review?

I have so many customers that message me saying they forgot to order before the deadline and I have to manually input their orders. A text reminder could help eliminate this issue. Manually inputting the order manually means I also have to offer another payment method and keep up with who has paid.

For customers purchasing gift cards for raffles and baskets, they would like something physical to include in the gift. It would be great if they could download a printable version of their gift card on a template that can be designed (or customized) by the shop owner with the code already on it.

This would make a world of difference for my customers!! To have a place on my storefront to view my entire menu and request an item/s be made for the next drop pick-up times. And have the option to approve/deny the request.

Just like Dunkin or McDonalds or any other company with a rewards program, you can only redeem one free item per order. Not $30 worth of food per order. So there really needs to be a cap on how many points you can redeem per order so we're not making $30 worth of products for free

Would love to be able to add a delivery fee or have delivery as an option instead of choosing a pickup window.

I would like to be able to use a phone app for all things on Hotplate. It could have all the data for prep and planning (just like the website) and then a tab to see what the customers see on the site. It would eliminate my need to go back and forth between tabs in my internet browser.
