    : See how your option group looks to your customer, how it impacts your prep screen, and how it shows up on order tickets so you can create and modify them with confidence.

    : Option groups can be complex, so we put in some extra leg work to make setting them up a lot more clear to you
⭐️ More controls for reviews
We're so excited to see the reviews feature take-off and to see all love rolling in! We've also heard your feedback about the number of texts being sent to customers requesting reviews, and have added two new settings to give you more control:
  • Send review request text messages
    : Allows you to control whether review requests are sent at all to your customers after an order.
  • Only send review requests if customer hasn't previously left a review
    : If review request texts are enabled, this setting allows you to control whether customers receive a review request after every order, or just until they've left their first review.

We've also made a couple more small tweaks to improve reviews:
  • Review requests will now be sent 24-hours after pick-up
    : This will mean review requests hitting inboxes at more reliably reasonable times (instead of possibly the middle of the night!)
  • Reviews on the order confirmation page
    : If reviews are enabled, an invitation to review will appear on the customer's confirmation page, and will persist until a review is provided. A customer that revisits their confirmation page can leave a review, even if texts are not enabled. The texts that users receive (if enabled) will direct them to the confirmation page to leave their review.
