Is there a way to post my response to a customer review publicly? I got a review and I want to comment on it so other people see it.

You can already reply directly to the customer. Click the customer name and the message button. I too would love to be alerted when a review comes in though

Yes I would be more inclined to publish any unfavorable reviews if I could add a public reply.

Crumb Sourdough Microbakery yes this! It’s hard to want to publish an unfavorable review after I’ve resolved it with the customer offline and there is no way to relay that information publicly.

Yes, I agree! I respond to customers who leave reviews but it would be great if responses could be publicly visible like on Google reviews.

Agree! I love being able to say thank you, or to publicly rectify a situation where others can see I am all about making the customer happy. It’s something I look for when supporting a business with my own money!
