Add name when subscribing

Ancient City Bakery
Customer name and phone number shows up after their first order. I'm sure they remain anonymous so you can't contact them directly until after their first initial order.
I do wish we can remove those that are not subscribed after awhile so that we can weed those people out.

Would love a "how did you hear about my business?" data point!

Totally agree! And an option for ONLY those that are subscribed can see order info and location.

Ancient City Bakery
Petal and Grain I believe location is only shown after a confirmed order.

Night Owl Bread Co
I’m just getting started with Hot Plate and I’ve gotten three SMS subscribers so far but I have no idea what their names or phone numbers are. As a micro baker for my local community I would really appreciate knowing who I am baking for in order to build a deeper connection with my customers.

I’m new to the platform, and I’m concerned that people can subscribe to a page without providing names. For safety reasons, it would be helpful if first and last name are required.

I have mixed feelings about this. I too really want a name to go with the number. But I also know that might keep some people from signing up. It’s a numbers game. The more people I reach, the more options to make a sale. And, at that point, they have to include a name.
