Would love to send custom messages at once to neighbors vs friends etc, I think custom customer lists would be a great add!

We just added pre-created customer sgements to text blasts via the new inbox page in the newly launched Hotplate portal! While not truly custom, we included the most requested tiers: new, inactive, loyal (10+ orders) and more!

Yes! Or send a text to only people who haven’t ordered in the last 3 months or something. It would be great to be able to identify those customers and send a text blast to them.
