I wish the texts to my customers would go out AT the time of menu drops. Not 3 minutes early. That way, as soon as they get the text message, they can immediately order while it’s on their mind. If it was me, as a busy mom, I’d put my phone down and then forget while I was waiting 3 minutes!

We are limited to sending around ~50 messages per second, so if you have a LOT of subscribers we do have to start sending them out before the drop, but we now send them as close to the starting time as possible, and for most of you this is effectively AT the drop time! Thanks for the feedback!
