I'd like to see how new customers heard about us; if it was from a pop-up, instagram, facebook, word of mouth, etc.

How Did You Find Us?

Melissa Coy

I love data and would love to be able to track how people find us. Maybe categories like facebook, instagram, referral, next door app, etc. and if referral, who…so we can thank them.

Where did customers hear about me?

Crumb Sourdough Microbakery

I would love to know where my customers are hearing about me so I know where to focus my marketing energies. On my old order form, this was asked in the form of a drop-down menu.

I would love this as well! I have a new person and I usually know where they’re coming from but this one is a mystery and I’d like to know who’s coming to my house. 😉
