I know i've requested this before but being able to manually add an order by name not phone number, who can remember all their customers phone numbers? LOL, definitely not me.

Yes please! I don't know my customer's phone numbers by heart and I get a lot of manual orders I need to add for my production flow.

Please!! The added digit (1) beforehand also throws off the search and I have to copy from HotPlate, paste in a text or some other app, and then copy the number without the 1 before pasting in HotPlate. So many steps!
