It would be helpful to be able to search customers when entering a manual order by name. Searching only by phone number is difficult and time consuming

You can now search for your customers by name (or create a customer) when creating manual orders in the newly launched portal!

Yes, it's inefficient (not to mention annoying) when you're about to enter an order but realize you have to go back to the customer list to look up someone's phone number. Much more likely you're going to know their name if they just placed an order with you, so that would be the logical thing to use as a lookup.

Agreed! I can't remember phone numbers to enter, but can put in the name and have it auto-fill the number.
Also being able to subscribe them at the same time would be most awesome.

It would also be helpful to not have to put in a phone number! Some customers would prefer just to provide an email address, so sometimes I don’t even have a number.
