I would love to have the option to turn on text notifications for manually added orders. I have one or two customers every week who I end up putting an order in for manually for various reasons. They do not receive any text notifications reminding them about their pick up window. Why not?
When I put in an order manually, it also does not subtract the products from my event, so I have to go in and manually subtract those items so I don’t over sell myself. This is confusing because it DOES put the item in my prep list, but it does not subtract it from my available items. These two upgrades would be amazing

You can now attach manual orders to drop inventory & send notifications to your customers in the newly launched Htplate portal!

Yes, I need this desperately. Hotplate is so wonderful in so many ways but this manual order process is beyond me as to why it was not added to function like a customer order. I am a former web developer and I would think this is a no brainer for the development team.

YES! Please fix the manual order issues. This gets super confusing when some features work and others don't.

Yes! It would be so helpful to have the manual order behave like a customer placed order in all regards- deduct from available items, show price of item on ticket, and send customer text reminders for their orders. It would be so helpful to have these options available on HotPlate!
