I have a micro shop and I have to use square for in shop purchases, vendors, and fair events. I use hotplate for online ordering, but I wish I can use it for my everything. A lot of people prefer to pay right on the spot and not online which slows things down and causes loss of $$$ because customer would have to take the extra steps to order online and then wait. It sucks using two different platforms and paying two different fees in order to take payments.

Can we please get some kind of a POS system!!!
