It would be a great feature to add to be able to make a note on someone's order. If someone were to reach out to me with a request or wanted to switch to pickup/delivery or reached out about their pickup time. It would be nice to add a note to the order to keep track of that information there instead of trying to keep track of who reached out.

Every once in a while, I’ll have a conversation with a customer after they place the order about a specific request they have. For example, they place an order to pick up at 5 on Wednesday, but then they reach out and we decide on pickup Thursday. I’d love to be able to add a reminder for myself that says “have ready Thursday” and see it on the packing page where I view their order. Thanks!
