I would love to be able to text everyone who ordered for a specific date range. Sometimes I would like to let everyone know something and I can only text my whole list or each order individually.
For example, for my current drop everything is par baked and frozen so I would like to let my customers know that instead of their order being out on my pickup stand, it will be in the freezer, so please knock when they come to pickup.

This was available before, but now its even easier -> you can now filter your orders by specific event and initiate a text blast to them on the new hotplate portal that was just launched!

Coastal Rise Sourdough
You can do that from your orders/ticket window. Filter for the relevant fulfillment date, then click the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen, click text customers, then draft your text. It will only send it to the customers you filtered for. Here’s a screenshot for reference.

The Sourdough Farmstand
You can already do that. Go to your Packing screen and on the upper right click on the dots, text customers will on the drop that menu. You can text by pick up location, pick up time and by any filter that is you can select on that screen.
