I have a handful of customers that still just message me to order. I would like them to also receive the same text reminders that my customers who order directly from my storefront gets. The confirmation text, pickup text, marketing texts, etc. The people who I have entered manually say they are not receiving those... Thanks!

Ben Klenk this says marked as complete but as of this morning when I spoke to hotplate they told me it still doesnt send automatic confirmation texts or anything when i manually input an order.
