Hey all! Did not see this feedback here on canny, but a couple months ago we did bump up the character limit to 255 characters from the 100-150 it was before. Message away!

I agree!! I usually send out a mass reminder text the day ordering closes and the way I word it always comes up right on the 162 character mark

I asked about this on a phone call. If i remember correctly, it’s limited due to phone companies SMS message. Something like that.

I side that! It is so frustrating to be limited to so few characters. I just wanted to send a message to my customers informing them that I will be continuing my baking schedule next week. Having to limit my message to only 160 characters makes my message almost sound rude. It doesn't make sense to not be able to send longer messages! Please, please change that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
