Rather than (or in addition to) setting the amount of fees at the top level of Hotplate, I would like to be able to tailor that at the event level. There are Private events for certain groups where it would be much easier for me to waive the Hotplate fee for my customers than to have everyone put in a discount code that may or may not cover that fee.

I push all fees to customers at this time, and offset with rewards points and extra treats to repeat buyers, but some events I'd like to be able to absorb the HP fee altogether without having the customers do anything or possibly forget a discount code.
