Whether you're thanking someone for a glowing review or responding to feedback, review replies are an easy way to show appreciation for your customers and build trust.
How it works:
- Click on a pending or published review
- Write your reply and save
- Your customer gets a text notification letting them know you've replied
- Your reply appears publicly beneath the review on your storefront
