Would love to see some type of loyalty rewards program for customers. Maybe a point system that can be redeemed as cash? Or after 4 purchases, get $$ off on the 5th?

I wish the texts to my customers would go out AT the time of menu drops. Not 3 minutes early. That way, as soon as they get the text message, they can immediately order while it’s on their mind. If it was me, as a busy mom, I’d put my phone down and then forget while I was waiting 3 minutes!

Setting that lets me change the text that my customers get on their order confirmation & reminders Allows me to turn on or off optional reminders (e.g. enable/disable if they get a text when I mark their order as complete, set how many reminder texts I want them to receive for pre-orders.)

It would be great to be able to add our logo/branding when sharing the Hotplate link digitally. Currently when you copy it and share it via text or social media it says the HOTPLATE logo and so this would help the feel of customization.

Can we pleassseeeeeee make the character limit higher when messages all customers.. I can't fit any announcements with their details in there

Most of my customers want to pay cash, so I have to manually put in all the orders, I would love cash as an option, or linked venmo or paypal. I wouln't mind covering the 5% before payout. This would help my stats be accurate and still have all my information in one place. People are texting me and DMing me and I'm so afraid that I will miss an order.

Give me the ability to cap the number of times a coupon code can be used. For example, let's say I give a unique code to a customer for 15% off - I can set the cap to "use 1 time" to ensure that customer doesn't abuse the code.

instead of having to make a separate purchase for a gift card, it would be nice to have the option to purchase one at check out, OR have a Gift Card option as a menu item.

Ability to see all menu items without going to Events/Menu because you cant see the item details until the event is published.
